¥Create a workflow

workflow 是一组连接在一起的节点，用于自动化流程。你可以在 工作流画布 上构建工作流。

¥A workflow is a collection of nodes connected together to automate a process. You build workflows on the workflow canvas.

创建工作流#

¥Create a workflow

  1. 选择侧边菜单左上角的universal create resource icon按钮。选择工作流。

¥Select the {.off-glb} button in the upper-left corner of the side menu. Select workflow. 2. 如果你的 n8n 实例支持项目，你还需要选择是在个人空间内创建工作流，还是在你有权访问的特定项目中创建工作流。如果你使用的是社区版，则始终在你的个人空间内创建工作流。

¥If your n8n instance supports projects, you'll also need to choose whether to create the workflow inside your personal space or a specific project you have access to. If you're using the community version, you'll always create workflows inside your personal space. 3. 首先添加一个触发节点：选择“添加第一步...”

手动运行工作流#

¥Run workflows manually

构建和测试工作流时，或者如果你的工作流没有触发节点，你可能需要手动运行工作流。

¥You may need to run your workflow manually when building and testing, or if your workflow doesn't have a trigger node.

要手动运行，请选择“执行工作流”。

¥To run manually, select Execute Workflow.

自动运行工作流#

¥Run workflows automatically

所有新工作流默认处于非活动状态。

¥All new workflows are inactive by default.

你需要激活以触发节点或 Webhook 节点启动的工作流，以便它们可以自动运行。当工作流处于非活动状态时，你必须手动运行它。

¥You need to activate workflows that start with a trigger node or Webhook node so that they can run automatically. When a workflow is inactive, you must run it manually.

要激活或停用你的工作流，请打开你的工作流并切换“非激活”/“激活”状态。

¥To activate or deactivate your workflow, open your workflow and toggle Inactive / Active.

工作流激活后，只要满足其触发条件，它就会运行。

¥Once a workflow is active, it runs whenever its trigger conditions are met.
