标签替换行为

在使用 Zendesk 节点的“更新工单”操作并指定 Tag Names or IDs 字段时，工单上的所有标签将被替换。由于 Zendesk API 默认处理标签更新的方式，任何未包含在更新中的标签都将从工单中删除。

为了避免意外删除标签：

  • 首先检索工单的标签，并在更新之前将它们与新标签合并。
  • 或者，使用带有 Zendesk additional_tags 属性的 HTTP 请求节点来添加标签，而不会删除现有标签。
  • 你也可以调用工单的 /tags 端点来添加标签，而不会替换现有标签（Zendesk 标签端点文档）。

What to do if your operation isn't supported#

If this node doesn't support the operation you want to do, you can use the HTTP Request node to call the service's API.

You can use the credential you created for this service in the HTTP Request node:

  1. In the HTTP Request node, select Authentication > Predefined Credential Type.
  2. Select the service you want to connect to.
  3. Select your credential.
