¥Follow these steps to configure the IMAP credentials with a Yahoo account.

¥To follow these instructions, you must first generate an app password:

  1. Log in to your Yahoo account Security page.
  2. Select Generate app password or Generate and manage app passwords.
  3. Select Get Started.
  4. Enter an App name for your new app password, like n8n credential.
  5. Select Generate password.
  6. Copy the generated app password. You'll use this in your n8n credential.

设置凭据#

¥Set up the credential

要使用 Yahoo Mail 账户设置 IMAP 凭据，请使用以下设置：

¥To set up the IMAP credential with a Yahoo Mail account, use these settings:

  1. 请将你的 Yahoo 邮箱地址输入为用户。

¥Enter your Yahoo email address as the User. 2. 将你上面生成的应用密码输入为“密码”。

¥Enter the app password you generated above as the Password. 3. 将主机名输入为 imap.mail.yahoo.com。

¥Enter imap.mail.yahoo.com as the Host. 4. 保留默认端口号 993。请咨询你的电子邮件管理员，了解此端口是否无法正常工作。

¥Keep the default Port number of 993. Check with your email administrator if this port doesn't work. 5. 启用 SSL/TLS 开关。

¥Turn on the SSL/TLS toggle. 6. 请咨询你的电子邮件管理员是否允许使用自签名证书。

¥Check with your email administrator about whether to Allow Self-Signed Certificates.
