• 如果你通过 Monica 访问你的 Monica 实例，请选择“云托管”。

  ¥Select Cloud-Hosted if you access your Monica instance through Monica.

• 如果你已将 Monica 自托管在自己的服务器上，请选择“自托管”。请提供你的自托管域名。

  ¥Select Self-Hosted if you have self-hosted Monica on your own server. Provide your Self-Hosted Domain.

• API 令牌：在“设置”>“API”中生成令牌
